Now that you’ve got your standout job description, you’re ready to hit the ground running. But before you start advertising, you need to determine where your target candidates actually are.
Are they on LinkedIn? Are they scrolling TikTok? Looking at job boards? Or already working at your company? These are all questions you need to consider when looking for your ideal candidate to fill that open role.
