About the Role

No two days are the same. You’ll work across residential and commercial properties, responding to water, fire, mould and storm-related damage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Mould remediation and fire restoration works
• Emergency make-safe works
• Carpet and hard floor cleaning
• Operating specialised restoration equipment
• Site inspections and assessments
• Preparing reports and job documentation
• Liaising with customers, insurers and other stakeholders
• Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety
• Participating in an after-hours roster and catastrophe response events when required

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:

• Restoration and insurance repair works
• Carpet cleaning
• Carpet laying and flooring installation
• Commercial or domestic cleaning
• Construction and trades
• Property maintenance
• Facilities management
• Labouring and trade assistant roles

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and within a team
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• A current driver’s licence
• The ability to obtain a police check
• A White Card (or willingness to obtain one)

*Previous restoration industry experience is highly regarded, and candidates with experience in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration or insurance repair works are strongly encouraged to apply.
