About the Role
No two days are the same. You’ll work across residential and commercial properties, responding to water, fire, mould and storm-related damage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Mould remediation and fire restoration works
- Emergency make-safe works
- Carpet and hard floor cleaning
- Operating specialised restoration equipment
- Site inspections and assessments
- Preparing reports and job documentation
- Liaising with customers, insurers and other stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety
- Participating in an after-hours roster and catastrophe response events when required
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:
- Restoration and insurance repair works
- Carpet cleaning
- Carpet laying and flooring installation
- Commercial or domestic cleaning
- Construction and trades
- Property maintenance
- Facilities management
- Labouring and trade assistant roles
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A current driver’s licence
- The ability to obtain a police check
- A White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
*Previous restoration industry experience is highly regarded, and candidates with experience in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration or insurance repair works are strongly encouraged to apply.
