For Employment OS customers in Canada, HR account data is stored in secure AWS servers in both Australia and Canada, while payroll data remains stored in Canada. For Humi by Employment Hero customers in Canada, all platform data is stored in secure AWS servers located in Canada. Both platform are fully compliant with PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws.
