Bloom HR was established in 2011 to bring best practice Human Resources services to small businesses, not-for-profits and government agencies. We have since spent over 15 years growing and improving the capability and capacity of our specialist sectors.

Since conception, we have enjoyed helping clients transform their business through our proven people-centric approach.

Bloom HR provides solutions for the entire employment lifecycle including talent search, recruitment processes and onboarding, managing risk through best practice policy, training and advice, performance through clear alignment to strategic goals and KPI’s and employee engagement through leadership development, career coaching and reward.

We support clients with the implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero. For organisations not yet using the platform, we offer a complete setup and configuration service, creating a seamless digital HR foundation. For those already using Employment Hero, we provide a discovery and optimisation roadmap, including a detailed audit of your current setup, workflows and templates. This can be delivered as a one-off project or as part of an ongoing HR Business Partnering arrangement, including per-employee, per-month support options.
