Role Overview
We’re searching for a National Franchise
Acquisition & Growth Manager who’s ready to play a major role in our next
phase of expansion. You will be
responsible for building the future of the Rate Money network, by recruiting
high-quality franchisees and developing internal Lending Managers into
successful franchise owners.
This role sits across sales
leadership, business development, and talent acquisition, with a strong focus
on performance, coaching, and growth execution.
Franchise Growth and Acquisition:
- Generate new franchise leads through industry networks,
broker relationships, referrals and proactive outreach.
- Qualify enquiries quickly and confidently, progressing strong
candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
- Manage full candidate lifecycle, qualification, financial
assessment and final approval meetings.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build
visibility and attract high‑quality operators.
- Work closely with Marketing to drive lead‑generation activity
and recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee territory allocation, new premises approvals, signage
and branch openings.
- Manage franchise agreements, renewals and variations.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage internal Lending Managers across NSW &
VIC (other states as required).
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused
on accountability, professionalism and results
- Set, track and drive performance against
settlement and activity targets
- Implement structured performance rhythms
(pipeline reviews, activity metrics, conversion tracking)
- Develop a scalable internal sales capability
aligned to Franchise Pathway Program.
- Partner with L&D and Credit Capability Coach to deliver structured
training and capability uplift.
National Travel is required
to support franchise recruitment, onboarding and team performance across
multiple states.
What
you bring
- Proven experience in franchise recruitment, business
development and network growth.
- Strong sales leadership experience, within mortgages, lending
or financial services.
- Experience managing and/or coaching high performing sales
teams.
- Hands on approach, comfortable being in market, building
relationships and generating leads.
- A proactive, lead‑hunting mindset, you enjoy getting out
there and finding the right people.
- Commercial judgement and the ability to assess business
capability.
