About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven NSW State Manager to oversee 9 of our 18 franchisees across the state. This is a leadership role requiring strong management skills, as you’ll have a Business Development Manager reporting to you daily.

Your mission:

Support franchisees in identifying new business opportunities, including referral partnerships
Collaborate with the marketing team to build strong local brand presence
Develop strategic plans and ensure sales targets are consistently met
Conduct regular visits to franchise locations and engage with their sales teams

You’ll be backed by our National Sales Manager and work closely with our Head Office team based in North Sydney.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development and sales leadership
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for growth and performance
Must have mortgage experience and have been in the industry for 3 years or longer
