We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our North Sydney-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital channels, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and collaborating with external partners to deliver outstanding marketing outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our national brand, branch network, customer communications, and lead generation activities.

 

Role Overview

About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimising a wide range of digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, email marketing, content creation, and agency coordination.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Maintain and update website content across multiple pages and campaigns
  • Coordinate website enhancements and improvements with external development partners
  • Monitor website performance and recommend optimisation opportunities
  • Assist with SEO initiatives and content updates

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, create and publish content across social media channels
  • Develop engaging content that supports brand awareness and lead generation
  • Coordinate creative assets and messaging with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Support branch marketing initiatives with localised content and campaigns

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and deploy customer and prospect eDM campaigns
  • Manage email databases and audience segmentation
  • Develop customer communication journeys and nurture campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on website, email and social media performance
  • Assist with lead generation reporting and campaign analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and marketing effectiveness

Agency & Supplier Management

  • Act as the key day-to-day contact for digital marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content and creative partners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

 

About You

You’ll be a proactive marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience managing websites through CMS platforms like Hubspot and WordPress
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing
  • Experience creating and deploying eDM campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar
  • Ability to coordinate external agencies and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within a lending or franchised businesses
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital lead generation
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
