Key Accountabilities

  • Work as one team
  • Support with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Implement behaviour support strategies and uphold safety plans
  • Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
  • Maintain structure, predictability, and emotional regulation
  • Support the development of independent living skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

  • NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Orientation Module
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Australian Driver’s Licence

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including high intensity or escalated presentations
  • Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
  • Ability to remain calm, grounded, and solutions focused under pressure
