We deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access and In-home support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness.

We’re currently seeking a PPT House lead and a Senior Support worker who is an experienced, reliable, and resilient candidate to support our male participants with ASD Level 3, complex behaviours and high support needs. The role requires a calm, confident support worker who can provide consistent structure, emotional regulation support, and safe, proactive behaviour management.

About the Role

You will provide support that promotes safety, independence, and emotional stability for participant’s with complex behavioural needs. This includes personal care, meal preparation, and supporting participant’s to build predictable routines, healthy habits, and meaningful daily structure. You will play a role in implementing behaviour support strategies, maintaining a regulated home environment, and ensure participant’s feel supported both at home and in the community.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work as one team

  • Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
  • Maintain structure, predictability, and emotional regulation
  • Support the development of independent living skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including high intensity or escalated presentations
  • Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
  • Ability to remain calm, grounded, and solutions focused under pressure
