About The Role

We are seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

You will:

Support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
Build meaningful relationships through therapeutic conversations and connection.
Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
Maintain a safe and supportive home environments.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex disability.
Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.

Highly regarded:

Experience supporting participants with mental health.
