Casual Duty Manager – Bondi Pavilion
Join our team at the iconic Bondi Pavilion! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Duty Manager to support and lead our Front of House (FOH) team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and motivate the FOH team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and roster management
- Uphold a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all Pavilion guests
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient venue environment while ensuring compliance with Pavilion policies and relevant regulations
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and FOH equipment to ensure everything remains well-maintained and operational
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a FOH supervisory or duty manager role
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
