This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to evidence-based service delivery, program evaluation, research, and continuous quality improvement across our organisation. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and support organisational program reporting requirements
- Analyse data and monitor key performance indicators to support service improvement
- Assist with research and evaluation projects across Waminda
- Support the development and improvement of reporting systems and data processes
- Provide training and guidance to employees on data collection and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with research partners, universities, and community stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, evaluation, research, or quality improvement
- Strong written communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, confidentiality, and ethical data management
- An understanding of Aboriginal communities and the factors impacting Aboriginal people and families
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in data, reporting and evaluation
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health, social sciences, community welfare, psychology, social welfare, research, data management, or a related field
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
