With continued growth across our manufacturing operations, we’re expanding our Production team and looking for Process Workers and potential Batch & Blend Operators to join us on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into permanent roles for the right people.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, hands-on team responsible for making and packing products to a high standard. Key tasks include:
- Packing and sealing powdered supplements into tubs and pouches
- Labelling products and preparing items for dispatch
- Conducting visual quality checks and completing basic documentation
- Keeping your area clean, safe, and ready to go
- (For Batch & Blend roles) Handling raw ingredients and lifting bags up to 20kg
What We’re Looking For

- You’re reliable, physically fit, and happy to be on your feet for your shift
- You work well with others and enjoy being part of a team
- You’ve got a strong eye for detail and take pride in doing things properly
- You’re open to learning new tasks and growing your skills
- You can communicate clearly and follow written instructions (in English)
- Experience in food or supplement production is a bonus, but not required
Pathway to Batch & Blend
Team members who show strong performance and a willingness to learn may have the opportunity to train in our Batch & Blend area, where you’ll work with raw materials and support product mixing operations. This is a great step up if you’re looking to build a longer-term career in manufacturing.
