About the Role
Working alongside our financial advisers, you will be responsible for the professional delivery of administration services to our clients. In doing so, you will work directly with clients and get to know them well.
Our CSM’s play a critical role supporting our Financial Advisors and this role will see the successful candidate working as part of the team, administering all support aspects of the client advice process. The successful candidate will work directly with the Advisors and other CSMs that operate within a POD set up, supporting with client and team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities that cover all areas of client service will include:
- Preparing the office meeting rooms for client meetings.
- Meeting and greeting clients for in office meetings.
- Inbound and outbound client calls for client service as required.
- Preparation of client advice documentation, both digitally and hard copy as required.
- Onboarding of new clients and meeting the ongoing administration needs of existing clients within agreed time frames and in a proactive manner.
- Ensuring client and provider information is accurately and compliantly recorded in the relevant business systems.
- Preparation of client review reports.
- Ad hoc administrative requests.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role although we are happy to train a person with the right attitude.
- A desire to provide excellent customer service to clients delivered via advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working in the finance or banking sector an advantage, however not critical.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach to your colleagues and clients.
- Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities to meet required deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
