Trilogy Care is Australia’s fastest growing Home Care Package provider and we’re on a mission to transform aged care.
Our innovative model gives older Australians more choice, transparency and value, helping them stay independent in their own homes for longer. But it’s not just about care, it’s about making a meaningful impact on lives and communities.
At Trilogy Care, we’re preparing for one of the biggest shifts in aged care delivery: the new Support at Home program. We’re building practical, people-first training that equips our Care Team to navigate this change with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
As our Care Team Trainer, you’ll design and deliver high-impact training to frontline staff, turning reform into action and knowledge into care. This is your opportunity to shape capability, uplift confidence, and lead a learning culture that puts older Australians first.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging, practical training aligned to Support at Home reform
- Create onboarding programs, job aids and micro-learning tools tailored to Care Partners
- Support care quality in high-impact domains like re-ablement, end-of-life care, and AT-HM coordination
- Provide coaching and capability support in collaboration with Team Leaders
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt delivery based on learner feedback and outcomes
- Stay current with legislation and ensure training materials reflect policy changes
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure every Care Partner is Support at Home–ready within 12 weeks of commencing
- Improve consistency, confidence and client experience through training
- Turn legislative change into practice that people understand and trust
- Embed a continuous improvement culture across care delivery
- Contribute to compliance, audit readiness, and client outcomes through targeted development

- Experience delivering training through major business change or reform
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching best practice
- Familiarity with Home Care Packages and upcoming Support at Home changes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor training to a range of learners
- Confident facilitator across in-person and virtual environments, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (preferred)

Every staff member has access to generative AI tools, training, and time to experiment – not just the Tech team! Whether you’re in finance, people & culture, growth, or support, you’ll be part of an industry-first AI movement where we reward ideas that improve care outcomes, safety, efficiency or team wellbeing.
