About the Role
As Communications Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Trilogy Care communicates across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on role focused on crafting, editing, proofreading and optimising copy across digital, print and performance marketing channels.
Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll ensure every piece of communication reflects our brand voice, values and strategy, while being clear, compliant, engaging and fit for purpose. You’ll also leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency and quality, while applying strong human judgement, editorial standards and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Develop communication plans for internal teams, identifying opportunities to engage clients, partners and leads
- Provide editorial leadership across the business, ensuring all communications align with strategy, messaging and narrative
- Write, edit and proof high-quality short- and long-form content across digital, performance and print channels, including EDMs, paid media, websites, landing pages, blogs, SEO content and campaign assets
Editorial Ownership & Proofing
- Act as an editorial gatekeeper, ensuring content is on-brand, on-tone, accurate, compliant and consistent
- Own and maintain Trilogy Care’s written style guide, providing editorial guidance to support a unified brand voice
- Proofread and refine content from multiple stakeholders with strong attention to detail
Brand, Tone of Voice & Strategy
- Apply strong storytelling, copywriting and editing skills, with a clear understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice and audience needs
- Contribute to communication plans and brand narratives across campaigns and channels, identifying content opportunities that support marketing and business objectives
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, optimisation, and proofing, including owning and maintaining a custom GPT for content creation and quality assurance.
- Apply human judgement to ensure AI-assisted content meets brand, quality and empathy standards, staying up to date with digital content trends and best practice
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, digital and internal teams to deliver integrated communications and support campaign delivery aligned with marketing plans and performance goals

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a communications, content or copywriting role (in-house or agency)
- Exceptional written communication skills suitable for published, client-facing material
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading capability across multiple formats
- Solid understanding of digital content, SEO, paid media and email marketing
- Demonstrated experience writing successful direct-action content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce high volumes of content without compromising quality
