Service Technician

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Ridid endoscope repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. The Service Technician will work closely with our clients to diagnose and repair technical issues, as well as provide ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients
• Diagnose and repair technical issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
