Who We Are

Thermotek manufactures energy-efficient uPVC windows and doors designed for the Australian climate. Based in Dandenong South, we use proven German technology and sustainable practices to supply high-quality products for residential and commercial projects.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced window and door assemblers to join our manufacturing team. Experience with uPVC, aluminium, or timber windows and doors will be highly regarded. This is a full-time role with ongoing opportunities to learn additional processes and equipment.

  • You can read and follow drawings and work instructions.
  • You are confident using hand tools and power tools.

  • Available Mon-Fri 6.00am – 2.06pm with occasional Overtime to support production demand

What You’ll Do

  • Skills: Strong tool use and ability to follow technical drawings.
  • Assemble windows and doors to set specifications.
  • Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials using tools and machines.
  • Fit hardware such as handles, locks, and hinges.
  • Operate basic machinery to support assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain excellent quality standards and safe work practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in window or door assembly is required (uPVC, aluminium, timber, or similar).
  • Skills: Strong tool use and ability to follow technical drawings.
  • Education: Year 10 or equivalent preferred; trade training is an advantage.
  • Accountable: Positively engages all aspects of their work in line with company values
  • Safety: Knowledge of safe work practices.
