Job Opportunity: Window and Door Technician / Labourer – Learn on the Job!

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting our installation and service team with a range of tasks, including:

Assisting with the installation and repair of uPVC windows and doors
General on-site labouring, loading, unloading, and material handling
Helping with basic carpentry (trims, architraves, packing) – training provided
Learning glazing techniques and how to use power tools safely
Cleaning up sites and preparing them for install
Supporting the team with problem-solving and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on, practical mindset – you enjoy physical work and using tools
Willingness to learn and upskill on the job
Team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work
Strong attention to safety and care when handling materials
Driver’s license required

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

Previous experience in construction, glazing, or carpentry
Comfort with hand and power tools
