Description

We’re looking for a People Partner to join our team and lead our day-to-day People & Culture function.

This is a hands-on, generalist role that supports every stage of the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with leaders across the business on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, compliance and people operations, while ensuring our people processes run smoothly.

This is a hybrid role with a preference for Adelaide-based candidates. We also offer flexible working arrangements and are open to discussing part-time hours for the right candidate.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation.
  • Provide advice and support to leaders on day-to-day people matters.
  • Support performance management and employee relations.
  • Maintain HR policies, systems and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Prepare workforce reporting and maintain HR data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve people processes and systems.

About you

You’ll have around at least 3-5 years’ experience in a People & Culture or HR role and enjoy building strong relationships while keeping things organised behind the scenes.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • A good understanding of Australian employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience using HR systems (Employment Hero) and maintaining accurate employee records.

Experience working as a sole HR practitioner and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field will be highly regarded.
