As Senior Marketing Executive, you will report to our Senior Marketing Manager and sit within the campaigns team, working alongside the Marketing Executive, Direct Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing Campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the wider business – so there will always be people to support you and bounce ideas off.
The role is predominantly remote, but you’ll connect with your marketing teammates daily and regularly engage with our members and business partners. You’ll be fully supported as you grow in your role, with plenty of opportunities to put forward new ideas and learn from those around you.
You’ll support the Senior Marketing Manager across a varied mix of activity, including:
- Running B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Delivering email marketing activity using broadcast platforms
- Leading magazine production – from content planning and design coordination to print delivery
- Analysing campaign performance and reporting on ROI
- Writing proposals for tourist boards and key partners
- Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including members and suppliers
- Acting as the key marketing contact for our cruise community of members
- Supporting the consumer-facing Marketing Programme alongside the Direct Marketing Manager – including managing customer data and working with our external CRM provider

- Enjoy using data to spot insights that improve future campaigns and communications
- Bring hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation and segmentation
- Understand social media marketing and how it supports wider campaigns
- Stay commercially aware and able to make informed decisions based on the external environment
- Be highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Feel comfortable attending member and supplier events, and occasionally presenting on behalf of the team
- Have a proactive, confident approach to decision-making
- Be eager to learn, grow and develop new skills
- Be a supportive team player who enjoys a fun and collaborative working style
Experience you can give a “thumbs up” to:
- Degree educated, ideally with a relevant marketing qualification
- At least three years’ experience in a travel marketing role
- Experience building strong relationships with business partners or suppliers via phone, email and face-to-face
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong copywriting, writing and proof-reading skills
- Comfortable applying a test–learn–refine approach to marketing activity
- Experience using Radar Marketing
- Naturally enthusiastic, committed and positive in approach
- An excellent planner and organiser who can prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with their manager
- Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust working practices when needed
- Knowledge or awareness of AI tools
