We are seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our General Transport Operations Team.
This role is based in Port Adelaide and operates on a 7:7 roster (7 days on / 7 days off) – (5:00pm to 5:00am).
What you will be doing…
- Coordinate day-to-day transport operations, ensuring deliveries are dispatched on time and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, customers and internal stakeholders to support efficient transport activities.
- Maintain accurate transport records and update transport management systems, including delivery, fleet and driver information.
- Prepare and process transport documentation, including delivery manifests, reports, timesheets, purchase orders and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety requirements and company policies while providing general administrative support.

- High attention to detail with strong administrative and data entry accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
- Professional approach with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Additional Information…
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a Fit to Drive Medical, undertake a Drug and Alcohol Screening and Police Check.
- Successful applicants should have a sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and on road legal compliance and a willingness to work with GPS technology.
- There may be a requirement to be clean shaven depending on the role.
