As part of an exciting new expansion of the business, this newly created Warehouse Supervisor role offers the opportunity to help shape and lead the day-to-day operations of a refrigerated warehouse. You will play a key role in driving safety, efficiency and service while establishing
high standards across warehouse operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys building teams, implementing best practices, and maintaining exceptional standards across safety, inventory management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and on time.
- Lead, coach and support warehouse staff while coordinating daily workloads.
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight, inventory accuracy and warehouse systems.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety and temperature-controlled storage standards.
- Support compliance with food safety and quality requirements, including HACCP and relevant industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role.
- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Experience within warehousing, logistics or cold storage environments, with an understanding of food safety requirements (including HACCP), will be highly regarded.
