ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you like every day being different with a combination of office work, the outdoors and the occasional trip away?

Our National team is expanding and seeking a new member for our Valuations team in Dandenong South VIC. This role is open to all experience levels and would suit someone who is mechanically minded, and enthusiastic about cars, trucks, machines and everything in between.

Come join us as Asset Inspector performing required inspections and providing asset valuation reports for clients.; OR as experienced Valuer, undertaking all necessary tasks to deliver valuation reports for wide variety of assets, from scope confirmation and quoting through to report completion.

You will be joining a strong National Valuations practice led by the General Manager Valuations and our Director, who both strive to support, engage, challenge and develop the team.

Key responsibilities of this permanent, full-time role (Mo- Fri) include:

  • Asset inspections
  • Formulation of valuation reports (training provided where needed)
  • Liaise with clients and contractors
  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Develop new client relationships
  • Adhering to the industry body requirements, rules of practice, codes of ethics, policies and objectives
  • Travel for work will be required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Knowledge, passion and/or interest in trucks, machinery, cars and plant
  • Desired: completed an accredited API, AMEA, RICS, ASA course in Valuations or willingness to obtain
  • Desired: previous vehicle, plant or machinery valuation/appraisal experience
  • MS Office & excellent research skills
  • Good personal presentation
  • Can do ‘Leave it with me’ proactive approach to supporting the Valuations team and business
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
