About the Role:
This is not your average reception job — it’s a mix of customer service and administration with a strong focus on data entry, invoicing, and purchase order processing. You’ll keep the front desk running smoothly while making sure our workshop team has the admin support they need to deliver top-notch service.
From greeting customers and handling bookings to processing invoices, purchase orders, and workshop documentation, you’ll be a key player in keeping everything organised and on track.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Manage bookings and customer enquiries with professionalism.
- Handle invoicing, data entry, purchase orders, and payment processing.
- Support the Service Advisor with quotes and estimates.
- Maintain accurate workshop and customer records.
- Run daily reports and assist with stock control.
- Ensure smooth reception operations and assist with workshop scheduling.
Essential Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Google Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanour
