Summary

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role will support the day-to-day delivery of River Realty’s marketing activities across social media, property campaigns, digital communications and branded collateral. Working closely with our sales team, the Marketing & Content Coordinator will help keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring all content is accurate, polished and consistent with the River Realty brand. This hands-on role is ideal for an organised and creative marketer who is confident managing multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across property campaigns, agent marketing, social media, email communications and branded collateral.
  • Manage marketing requests, timelines and competing priorities to ensure projects progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with agents, internal teams, suppliers and external partners to gather information, coordinate deliverables and follow up outstanding requirements.
  • Coordinate agent-focused social media content and campaigns, working directly with agents to plan content that supports their individual profiles and target audiences.
  • Plan, schedule and publish regular social media content, including property campaigns, branded content, company updates, staff milestones and events.
  • Populate, proof and schedule email marketing campaigns, ensuring content, links and recipient details are accurate.
  • Coordinate the production and ordering of business cards, stationery, signage and other agent-specific marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency across marketing touchpoints by adapting established brand templates for individual properties, agents and campaigns.
  • Coordinate the production of premium property brochures and formal marketing collateral, with design completed using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Create fast-turnaround social media and digital content using Canva when required.
  • Proofread and quality-check marketing material, including property information, campaign details and contact information, before publication or production.
  • Maintain organised marketing files, templates, schedules and supporting resources.
  • Provide marketing coordination and administrative support across a range of campaigns, events and ad hoc projects.

Skills and experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or content coordination role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong experience using Canva.
  • Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.
  • Experience with social scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite & Loomly
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and eDM creation.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confidence communicating with different personalities and following up stakeholders.
  • An understanding of print production and supplier liaison would be advantageous.
  • Experience in real estate or property marketing would be beneficial but is not essential.

Creative capability will be valuable, but success in this role will come from strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to keep day-to-day marketing running efficiently and reliably.
