What You’ll Do

Landlord & Tenant Liaison: Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of any issues.
Maintenance Coordination: Support property managers in arranging repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties remain well-maintained and compliant.
Financial Management: Assist with rent collection, bond processing, and outgoing payments, handling all transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet our high standards (and those of our landlords and tenants). Prepare inspection reports and coordinate any required follow-ups.
Property Viewings: Help organise and conduct open homes and property viewings, providing potential tenants with a friendly, seamless experience.
Data Management: Maintain and update property details in our systems (PropertyMe and others), keeping records up-to-date and accurate.
Client Communication: Be a primary point of contact – respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from landlords and tenants, delivering top-notch customer service.
Ad-Hoc Support: Jump in to assist our property management division with additional tasks and projects as required – you’re a team player who’s happy to help wherever needed.

About you (Qualifications and Requirements)

Licensed & Ready: You must hold at minimum an Assistant Agent’s License (Certificate of Registration) - this is essential for the role. You should also be working toward your full Real Estate License, or have a plan in place to do so in the near future.
Industry Know-How: Experience in real estate or property management is preferred (you know the ropes of rentals and property admin).
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Systems-oriented and highly organised, you have a keen eye for detail. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
Time Management Star: You excel at time management and can prioritise tasks effectively, even when juggling multiple priorities.
Communication Ace: Your communication skills, both verbal and written are top-notch. You can confidently liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople with equal professionalism and warmth.
Problem Solver: You’re resourceful and calm under pressure, capable of making informed decisions on the go to solve issues that arise.
Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy working with people and providing great service. A friendly, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset are in your DNA.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with PropertyMe or other property management software is a bonus. You’re comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to work smarter.
Team Player: Professionalism, strong ethics, and teamwork are key parts of your work style. You thrive in a team environment and are happy to support your colleagues.
Driver’s License: You have a valid driver’s license (required for local travel to properties, please note that this role does provide a paid for company car).
