- Motivation to build and maintain strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
- Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Considerable recent experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, especially with the toddler and/or preschool age groups
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working/willing to work towards)
- Available for a permanent full-time position across all service operational hours/days (6:30am – 6:30pm, Monday-Friday), and able to be flexible as required
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety, and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
Please note: Candidates with recognised Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) degrees paired with relevant experience will also be strongly considered for the vacant preschool room position.
