We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.

This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused Supervisor with strong experience in insurance building repairs. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Supervise insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, insurers, trades, and internal stakeholders throughout the repair process
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site and scheduling issues
  • Provide estimating support during peak event periods where required

About You

  • Proven experience supervising insurance repair projects is essential
  • Strong understanding of insurance repair processes, site coordination, and stakeholder management Ability to manage trades, multiple projects, and competing priorities effectively
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
  • Trade background or formal Building/Construction qualifications highly regarded
  • White Card, Working at Heights, and current driver’s licence required
  • Professional, accountable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and leadership capability
