Privacy Collection Notice – Job Applicants

Responsive Building Pty Ltd collects your personal information through Employment Hero to assess your application, contact you and, if you’re successful, prepare your offer and onboarding. This includes your contact details, resume, work history, licences, tickets, right to work and referees. If you don’t provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to consider your application.

With your consent, we contact your referees and licensing bodies. For roles that attend sites, the preferred candidate will be asked to consent to a National Police Check at the offer stage. Results are seen only by HR and are not shared with clients without your consent.

We share your information only with people involved in the recruitment, with Employment Hero as our system provider, and where the law requires it.
