We are seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.

This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused coordinator with strong experience in insurance repairs or construction scheduling. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Coordinate insurance repair projects from approval through to completion
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and project administration with accuracy and structure
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades
  • Drive progress across multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and KPIs are met
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and achieve positive outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in insurance repairs, claims coordination, construction scheduling, or building administration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, accountable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience with PRIME software highly regarded
  • Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
