We are seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.
This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused coordinator with strong experience in insurance repairs or construction scheduling. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and
priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Coordinate insurance repair projects from approval through to completion
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and project administration with accuracy and structure
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades
- Drive progress across multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and KPIs are met
- Proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and achieve positive outcomes
About You
- Proven experience in insurance repairs, claims coordination, construction scheduling, or building administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional, accountable, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with PRIME software highly regarded
- Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
