At Resly, we’re shaking up the accommodation industry with our powerful SaaS platform built for property managers. We’re now looking for an intermediate UX/UI Designer who isn’t afraid to own the design process end-to-end.

🌟 What you’ll do
- Own and drive the UX/UI design process for Resly’s platform – from discovery to final handover.
- Design clean, scalable interfaces that balance usability and visual appeal.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive UI kit / design system to keep our design language consistent.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to deliver real value.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to bring ideas to life.
- Confidently manage design projects independently, prioritising tasks and delivering on deadlines.
- Balance user-centred design thinking with practical technical considerations.
🧩 What we’re looking for
- Solid experience (ideally 3+ years) in UX/UI design, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
- B2B experience is ideal but not essential.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your own design pipeline.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail – you can take wireframes to polished UI.
- Experience creating and managing design systems or UI kits.
- Confident in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Great communicator – you can explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for solving user problems and making complex workflows feel simple.
