About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Divisional Finance Manager to provide strategic and proactive financial leadership to key divisions within the organisation. Reporting to the Group Reporting and Analyst Manager, this role is responsible for divisional forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, business partnering, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance accuracy, governance, and sustainable value creation
This is a full-time, on-site position, with occasional travel to operational site.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Partner with operations to link business drivers with financial outcomes.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, including volumes, pricing, labour, and costs.
- Deliver month-end and ad-hoc reports: P&L, variance, KPI dashboards, cost and productivity.
- Ensure reporting frameworks are accurate and consistent with Group Reporting, Accounting, and other teams
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with operational and commercial leaders.
- Lead performance reviews, identifying key drivers, hotspots, and mitigations.
- Provide financial guidance and tools to improve stakeholder literacy.
- Continuously enhance reporting relevance and cadence.
Growth, Modelling & Commercial Support
- Monitor performance of organic and inorganic investments.
- Develop financial models and business cases with scenario and ROI/NPV/IRR analysis.
- Support tenders, pricing, and contract performance.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for major initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with a relevant Accounting, Commerce, or Business degree.
- Experience in a similar role with strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities
- Hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with business units to provide actionable financial insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
