Lifeline Central West delivers high‑quality
training that builds safer, healthier, and more resilient communities. Our
programs include mental health and crisis support, suicide prevention, the
accredited Domestic Violence ALERT program, workplace wellbeing, mental
health programs in high schools and community education.
We are seeking experienced and values‑driven Trainers
to deliver engaging, participant‑centered training across the Central West and
Far West NSW.

organisation delivering high-quality suicide prevention, mental health and
wellbeing training across regional and rural NSW.

supporting people in crisis, we bring depth, credibility and real-world insight

delivered by skilled professionals who understand the complexity of human
distress — particularly in regional communities.

About the Role
In this role, you will deliver high‑quality
training to a range of audiences including professionals, workplaces, youth and
community groups. You will adapt your facilitation style to meet diverse
learning needs while maintaining consistency, quality, and compliance across
all sessions.
Depending on your experience, you may also
contribute to the review and continuous improvement of training content.
Key
Responsibilities
- Deliver training face‑to‑face, online, and on‑site
- Adapt delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and
participant needs
- Use digital tools and e‑learning platforms to enhance learning
outcomes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participant outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Uphold Lifeline Central West values, policies, and WHS requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development
About You
- Proven experience delivering training or facilitating adult and
youth learning
- Confident communicator with strong facilitation and presentation
skills
- Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Comfortable working with diverse groups and sensitive subject
matter
Qualifications
& Experience

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
(Essential for DV ALERT delivery and highly regarded for all roles)
- Relevant vocational qualification in the subject area (desirable)
- Experience with e‑learning platforms and blended delivery
(desirable)
- Understanding of mental health and recovery‑oriented practice
(advantageous)

Requirements
- National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) clearance
- Working With Children Check (WWCC), where required
- Current Australian work rights
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel
