About the Role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Programs Coordinator to support the smooth operation of Raise’s youth mentoring programs. This role provides administrative, logistical and systems support to the Programs team, enabling effective day-to-day operations. You’ll contribute to process, improvements, support data integrity and assist with the delivery of key program activities that help young people thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of program processes
  • Developing and maintaining resources such as SOPs, quick guides, and training materials
  • Managing SharePoint documents and providing executive support to senior leaders
  • Assisting Program Counsellors at key events like Jitters and Graduations
  • Responding to service desk queries and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
  • Coordinating logistics for team events and distributing program materials

About you:

You are a detail-oriented coordinator with a passion for purpose-driven work. You bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in program coordination, office management, or business support
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Crime Check
