We’re looking for an organised, proactive Stores & Materials Coordinator to support our engineers and production teams by managing purchasing, inventory and material flow. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our projects moving, ensuring components are available when they’re needed and helping turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world products.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for keeping materials moving across the business by:
- Managing purchase orders from request through to delivery
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and monitoring delivery schedules
- Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming materials
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Preparing kits and issuing materials to production and engineering teams
- Coordinating outgoing shipments and logistics
- Monitoring stock levels and proactively managing replenishment
- Identifying supply risks and helping resolve material shortages
- Supporting continuous improvement of stores, purchasing and inventory processes
What we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in purchasing, stores, inventory or materials coordination
- Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem solving and following up suppliers
- Experience using inventory, ERP or purchasing systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
Experience with quality management systems such as ISO9001 or qualifications in warehousing, logistics or business administration are advantageous but not essential.
