QATSICPP is looking for a capable, organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our finance operations.If you are someone who enjoys accurate work, solving practical problems and being part of a purpose-driven team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will assist with accounts payable and receivable, data entry, reconciliations, payroll administration, finance enquiries and general finance support. You will play an important role in keeping our systems accurate, our processes running smoothly and our team well supported.

About the role

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain financial records, data and documentation across finance systems.
  • Assist with reconciliations, payroll administration, month-end tasks and reporting support.
  • Respond to routine finance enquiries with professionalism, care and accuracy.
  • Support good financial processes, confidentiality, compliance and continuous improvement.

About you

  • You are organised, reliable and comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
  • You have experience in finance, accounts, bookkeeping or administration, or a strong interest in growing your finance career.
  • You bring strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • You are committed to confidentiality, integrity, cultural safety and respectful ways of working.
