The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Reporting Analyst to join our Corporate Operations team.

This role is responsible for designing, building and continuously improving corporate dashboards and reporting that drive business decision-making and operational transparency across the organisation.

With a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, you will translate business questions into clear, trusted and well-governed reporting solutions.

Beyond building dashboards, you will play a key role in uplifting data literacy across the business — helping stakeholders interpret insights, build confidence in data, and move towards self-service analytics.

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys combining technical capability with stakeholder engagement and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting executive, operational and governance reporting
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including governed datasets and semantic models
  • Translate business requirements into clear, accurate and visually compelling dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk and Corporate teams to understand reporting needs
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner, delivering insights and recommendations (not just reports)
  • Educate stakeholders on interpreting data, metrics and trends to improve data literacy
  • Develop and maintain supplier and vendor performance dashboards (SLA/KPI reporting)
  • Analyse supplier performance trends and provide insights for governance and decision-making
  • Use SQL to query, validate and analyse data across enterprise systems
  • Investigate data issues and partner with system owners to improve data quality
  • Support the adoption of self-service analytics and reduce manual reporting

About You

You are a detail-oriented and commercially minded reporting professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. You are equally comfortable building dashboards and engaging with stakeholders to influence better decisions.

You will have:

  • Strong experience in corporate or enterprise reporting environments
  • Advanced Power BI dashboard development capability
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern Microsoft data platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience supporting data literacy or analytics enablement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) – required
  • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) – desirable
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated environments – advantageous

 What We Offer

  • Flexible hybrid work environment
  • Competitive salary package
  • Comprehensive leave benefits, including paid parental leave
  • Access to financial wellbeing initiatives and novated leasing
  • Ongoing professional development and certification support
  • Modern office with end of trip facilities located on Collins Street, Melbourne
