We are currently recruiting an experienced Management Accountant for our Bookkeeping & Virtual CFO team (PT Ignite) at our Toowoomba office.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Bookkeeper/Management Accountant is responsible for overseeing the provision of management accounting services to clients, under the direction and supervision of the Head of Service Offering. This role will ensure a client centric approach where client expectations and compliance obligations are met and delivered on within required timeframes.
- Client payroll management
- BAS review
- IAS/PAYGW/Payroll tax review
- Management reporting review
- Superannuation review
- Responding to client and team queries
- Mentoring junior team members
- End of financial year reconciliations
- Assisting clients with regard to cashflow, budgeting and acquittals as needed
- Assist with entity reporting including but not limited to ACNC, Audit and Franchise Reporting
- Partnering with our clients to ensure the integration of processes, systems, and people – both finance and non-finance
- Attend to clients’ needs on-site as required
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a management accountant
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level time management skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and support others within the team
- High attention to detail and quality management skills
