ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full time permanent talented facilitator to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. The role is responsible for the consultation, design and facilitation of the broad range of Phuel services we offer our clients. This could mean designing and facilitating, for example, a conference for 200 people, a Leadership Program for 12 people or a Strategy Workshop for an Exco. In turn it could be for clients across a multitude of sectors including Fin Services, FMCG, Construction and Engineering, Professional Services, Tech and Telco.
Whilst being able to work independently you will also need to be able to work very closely with the wider Phuel team including your facilitation colleagues, and sales and support teams.
ABOUT YOU
- You are an experienced facilitator ideally working in the learning and development or related business space
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to everyone within Phuel and across a broad range of clients
- You approach issues with a solution seeking mindset
- You are flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach
- You may not have 100% of these attributes. At Phuel a growth mindset is a part of our culture, so if you have most of these things we’d still love to hear from you
