We are seeking a creative and values-led Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.  This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a bold vision for children’s health in WA, working alongside a dynamic and purpose-driven team.

 

About the role

The Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for stewarding the Foundation’s brand and leading the creative and execution of its marketing, ensuring the Foundation stands out, builds awareness and deepens engagement across Western Australia and beyond.

Working in close partnership with the Head of Marketing, the role develops the strategic approach to brand and campaigns and manages their holistic execution across brand, print, events and digital channels. It carries a broad digital remit, owning the marketing craft and content that flows through the Foundation’s digital ecosystem.

As a leader within the Marketing team, the role leads and develops a direct report, brings the entire marketing team on a journey from ideation to delivery, acts as the brand champion across the organisation, and ensures messaging and marketing activity are consistently aligned to brand and Foundation values.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Stewardship – Act as the brand champion ensuring brand integrity, clarity and consistency across all Foundation marketing initiatives, channels, touchpoints and communications.

Campaign & Creative Asset Development – Develop and implement the marketing collateral and campaign requirements for brand campaigns, always-on brand strategy, style guide development and internal PCH branding.

Digital Marketing & Content – Carry a broad digital marketing remit, owning the marketing craft, creative and content that populate the Foundation’s digital channels and journeys.

Leadership & Team Development – Support peers through upskilling, building digital and creative capability across the team.

Planning, Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Contribute to the development, implementation and management of the Foundation’s marketing and communications plan.

 

About You

You’re a strategic, hands-on marketer with at least 5 years’ experience developing and delivering brand and marketing campaigns from strategy through to creative execution.  You’re confident across the full marketing mix, comfortable briefing digital specialists and interpreting performance data to keep improving results.

As a brand champion, you’ll bring a sharp eye for creative quality, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative, valued-led approach – whether you’re leading a campaign, supporting your team, or partnering across the organisation.
