Enterprise Relationship Manager. 

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, supporting them across their journey with pay.com.au. You will manage inquiries, build and grow high-value customer relationships, resolve issues, and help customers maximise value from their business payments. 

This is a hybrid role that combines phone-based and in-person engagement. You will proactively schedule meetings and work closely with customers to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored support that drives long-term success. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Manage a portfolio of 600+ high-value accounts, ensuring strategic growth, strong client relationships 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the client’s business objectives and growth targets 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their short- and long-term goals 
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients 

 

About You 

Proven experience in Account / Relationship Management 

  • Excellent customer service experience 
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal 
  • Experience with computers and applications software, including CRM database skills 
  • An interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech 
  • Results driven approach 
  • Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously 
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners
