Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Advice Guide to join our team at Padua. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting advisers, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality advice delivery. As an Advice Guide, you will work closely with advisers and paraplanners to assist with the preparation and progression of advice requests, provide strategic support, and help maintain efficient workflow management across the advice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist advisers with lodging and managing advice requests
  • Provide strategy suggestions and support to advisers where appropriate
  • Coordinate and manage paraplanners’ workflows to ensure timely delivery of advice documents
  • Review completed advice documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before adviser sign-off
  • Liaise with advisers and paraplanners to resolve queries and obtain required information
  • Track progress of advice work and maintain workflow updates
  • Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency within the advice team

About You

  • Experience in financial advice, paraplanning support, or adviser support roles
  • Strong understanding of professional services, financial advice, SaaS or technology enabled service environments.
  • Familiarity with advice platforms, CRM systems, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
