WORKING DAYS: THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

WORKING HOURS: 8AM – 4:30PM

We’re excited to be a key player in Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme (CDS). This initiative is revolutionising waste and recycling, creating a significant environmental impact and driving positive community change. At our Bayswater depot, we have a part-time position available, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, environmentally minded individuals to join our diverse and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Recycling Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in our CDS operations. This hands-on job involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Inspecting and sorting eligible containers to meet recycling guidelines
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and ensuring proper refunds
  • Moving containers using appropriate equipment
  • Following safety procedures to keep everyone secure and the site running smoothly

  • Are willing to learn—we’ll provide full training!

Your Schedule

Our depot operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week. You’ll need to be flexible and available to work any day, including weekends and public holidays. Weekend and public holiday rates apply if rostered.

What You Need to Know

Successful candidates will undergo a National Police Check, a pre-employment medical assessment, and a drug test. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur at the depot.
