About the role
- Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available
- 0.6TFE – 0.8FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to April 2028 (with potential for renewal)
- $102,303 – $107,362 (pro-rated) + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Innovation Lab, the Evaluation and Knowledge Translation Lead will be responsible for supporting partners to evaluate their own initiatives. In addition to supporting external partnerships and relationships, the role will also provide support to Our Watch project delivery teams, particularly the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander strategy directorate, in designing evaluation initiatives, strengthen the organisation’s innovation capability, and identifying prevention practices.
About you
You’ll be a highly create person, with an interest in doing things in new ways, as well as bringing practicality and problem-solving to complex challenges. You’re skilled at switching from big picture thinking to relational work to practical project tasks, have strong stakeholder relationship-building skills, and have experience in producing high quality and tailored resources, and applying an ethical approach to evaluation design, data collection and management. An understanding of knowledge translation frameworks and intersectionality is preferred.
