What You’ll Do
Full-Spectrum HR: Supported by our People & Culture Manager, you’ll dive into every corner of People & Culture, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, learning & development, and safety – so every day is fresh, engaging, and impactful.

Recruitment & Onboarding: End-to-end hiring (ads, screening, interviews, checks, contracts) and induction/probation management

HRIS & Compliance: Maintain Employment records & audits; ensure HR policy, WA employment law and Enterprise Agreement compliance

Advisory & Reporting: Advise managers on HR/IR issues; deliver people-analytics and continuous-improvement insights

Learning & Development: Manage mandatory and ongoing training through, source external programs and oversee budgets

Payroll: Ensure all leave requests, timesheets and queries / errors are addressed in Employment Hero HR prior to Finance processing the payroll

WHS & Injury Management: Drive safe-work practices, incident reporting and workers’ compensation/return-to-work processes

Engagement & Culture: Lead wellbeing, recognition, diversity initiatives and survey-driven culture enhancements
Who You Are
- Qualifications in a Human Resource or Leadership
- 2–3 years’ HR generalist experience
- Employment Hero proficiency highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of WA employment legislation, safety and compensation processes
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused team player with attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Pre-Employment Health Assessment
