The Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Store in Homebush.

 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. With a strong focus on inventory management, you’ll support stock flow and organisation in a high-volume environment, while creating a welcoming and engaging space for every customer. This is a great opportunity for a confident retail professional ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, premium outlet setting.

 

Permanent full-time position | Tuesday – Saturday roster

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service in a high-volume retail environment
  • Support and inspire the team by leading by example on the shop floor
  • Manage inventory flow, ensuring stock is organised, accessible, and well-maintained
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces, enhancing their in-store experience
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Support daily operations, including stock management, customer experience, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
