Guided by our purpose of creating accessible modern luxury for real life, we are proud to be celebrating 88 years of heritage while continuing an exciting chapter of growth and reinvention.

About the role

The eCommerce Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day trading, content execution, and merchandising of Oroton’s online channels. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager, this role supports the end-to-end online product experience — from building and updating content to executing campaigns, promotions, and site merchandising — ensuring a premium, conversion-focused customer journey across both oroton.com and oroton.com/outlet.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute day-to-day trading across both sites, including launches, promotions, and homepage updates
  • Support site merchandising across campaigns, sale events, and seasonal edits to drive conversion and revenue
  • Manage cross-sell functionality and shopability features to increase basket size
  • Build and maintain web pages and content using Shogun and Contentful
  • Coordinate and deploy campaign assets in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Conduct ongoing QA to ensure a premium, error-free online experience
  • Monitor site performance, identify issues, and take proactive steps to resolve them
  • Support product uploads and data accuracy using PIM systems such as Salsify
  • Optimise on-site content for SEO, including metadata, landing pages, and structured content
  • Track and analyse performance using tools such as GA4 and Power BI
  • Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Customer Care, and Buying to deliver aligned outcomes

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role
  • Strong experience working with Shopify (essential)
  • Experience using Shogun page builder (essential)
  • Understanding of PIM platforms such as Salsify, or similar systems
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and online content optimisation
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing site performance and insights
  • Strong attention to detail across product data, content, and QA
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, or Insighttech
  • Understanding of AEO, GEO, or emerging search trends
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail environments
