The Opportunity

We are seeking Customer Experience Specialists (Part-Time & Casual) to join our DFO South Wharf Outlet team.

In this role, you’ll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a fast-paced outlet environment, you’ll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

Part-Time & Casual positions available | 20hrs per week | Rosters to be determined

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations

• Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
• Confident clienteling skills and a passion for styling
• Ability to work effectively in a premium concession environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
• A positive, polished approach and collaborative team mindset
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
