The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Dual Site Manager to oversee our Myer Adelaide and David Jones Adelaide concessions.
This is a brand-new leadership opportunity, offering genuine scope to shape, influence and grow two key Adelaide locations. You’ll lead from the front, driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering a consistent, elevated Oroton client experience across both sites.
This role is ideal for a strong fashion and apparel leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment and is passionate about developing people, driving commercial results, and building strong client relationships.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop teams across two concession locations
- Drive sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and targets
- Oversee all operational excellence including rostering, recruitment and service delivery
- Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and brand standards across both sites
- Partner with regional and state leadership to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes
- Build a strong, engaged team culture across both Adelaide locations
What You Bring
- Proven multi-site or senior retail leadership experience
- Strong background in fashion and apparel retail (essential)
- Track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
- Strong clienteling capability and passion for premium customer experience
- Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding
- A confident, energetic leadership style that inspires performance
